apex legends vcruntime140_1.dll

I have downloaded and installed apex legends twice through origin and my pc wont launch the game and gives me an application error saying VCRUNTIME140_1.dll was not found please help ive been trying ...

visual-c-redistributable-runtime-package-all-in-one/ download and run that then repair the game.
