I've built over 300+ computers.Its not my hardware. and my power supply exceeds the recommended power. My pc only hard reboots playing apex. 

I'm just not gunna play till EA admits their game causes this and fixes it in a patch. It's not worth risking my file system integrity with these sudden resets just to play apex

Maybe 5th topic about the same problem. I'm having it as well. No one says anything about it. EA really doesn't care about it. It has been 2-3 weeks and I can't play the game. This also happens on Anthem too.

Yep having the same problem but worse, I can't even get into the game anymore. After I press continue when the game loads, once it gets to the mainmenu where you see your character hovering (before you get into a lobby) the game instant restarts my pc, no blue screen no errors, just restarts my pc. THIS IS THE ONLY GAME THIS DOES THIS TO. EA gives us a laundry list of things to do to make their friggin game work and i've done it all and it doesn't fix this problem. YET NO EA RESPONSE ON THIS ISSUE AT ALL.

I have the same issue.  It only happens while in APEX.  I have verified that my system is not overheating.  It can happen 4 times within 45 minutes.  I really like APEX but until this issue is resolved I'm going to have to not play.  

i have the same problem , my pc randomly restarts , and this happens only playing apex legends, i love to play this game, but like this is impossible, and i have a decent pc, with i7 8700 and rtx 2060 6gb, i dont understand 

Ryzen 3600 w/ 5700 xt- having hard reboots still. Computer is only 1.5 months old. Has this been resolved or what?

I still have same problem as well. Did anyone found the solution for this? 

I have  Ryzen 5900x, RTX 2080, 32gb ram, 850w psu. Everything else works as post to except APEX!!! I really would like to play this game. 
With my old computer i5-9600k, 2080 GPU and 16gb ram it works flawlessly. But with the new one I just can't open whole game without insta restart as explained couple messages earlier.

I have discovered the B550 motherboard BIOS was not updated.
