Apex Server-side lagging

Hello, this week my game has been lagging like crazy. This used to happen rarely months ago but will be automatically fixed the next day. This time, it has been a whole week and this problem still occuring to me. This only happen in Apex Legends. It does not happen on other game like Siege, CS:GO, CS2, Valorant and PUBG. The symbol that always come out is UCMD Delay, Congestion, Prediction Error and Lag Compensation Error. Sorry for not recording in full screen to show my ping and loss. I'm currently in 0/0 loss and the ping used to be 40~ but now it spikes until 600-700

I'm currently on my laptop and my playing in Asia server. My internet connection (I used WiFi not ethernet cable) is in perfect condition where I can stream all of the game in discord including apex legends in 60FPS and 1080p. I also checked my internet speed using Ookla speed test and I got 200mbps download and 100mbps upload. As for my setup, it's more than enough to play apex legends consistently at around 90~100 fps. All listed below is the solution I've tried:

• Changing most of the settings in game

• Verify game files

• Reinstalling the game

• Restarting router

• Update necessaries driver

• Reinstalled my drivers (Especially my Wifi card multiple times)

• Reinstalled Geforce Experience

• Using external wifi Adapter (I lost my ethernet so still haven't tried using ethernet cable)

• Using other internet connection (My mobile hotspot. The speed of my hotspot is enough to play internet-heavy online games)

• Changing servers (Tried all singapore, japan and hong kong server but same result)

• Set priorities of Apex Legends as high in task manager

• Windows update

• Cleaned my laptop and changing the thermal paste in case my laptop was the issue

• Defragment my 2 storage

• Moved Apex Legends file from HDD to M.2 in case my storage problem

• Checked the health of both my storage HDD and M.2 and both in good health

• Scanned for virus

• Cleared cache and temp files

• Unplug all cables from my laptop except for charger (Googled it and it's pretty common where the game lagged because of this)

• Checked temperature of my laptop and in good condition

• Tried playing with VPN turn on

All of the listed above are the solutions I have tried but doesn't work. I checked on one of my family member who also played the game and his game run okay without any problem using wifi. Also, based on my statement above that this used to happened. It happened when I'm in my university and my roommates laptop and game also in good condition. It only happens to me.
