Youll see that i have an older version of Nvidia driver cause today ive installed just to try it.

And ive updated to Win 11 yesterday.

Did you have the chance to try starting your PC in a Clean Boot to see if that makes any difference?

  Nope didnt help, can it maybe be sttutering cause of external monitor? its connected over HDMI, ive bought new HDMI it will come tommorow.
  My fps is between 90 and 150, when i lock to 144 or 108, or to monitor refresh rate 75 still i have stutter, when i put low settings i got lot of stutter and in 6 gb ram it doesnt stutter soo much, and RTSS doesnt even help in anything, feels smoother gameplay but it stutter, and my ping changes with changeing use of ram in game from 24ms to 70 ms, and i dont understand that I/O input output lag, sometimes its Input large like over 40.
  
  I think the solution for this game is RTX 3080 ti, i9 last gen, 1 tb ssd samsung evo, 32 gb RAM with over 3200 mhz and monitor with refresh rate of 240 hz
  Than put ingame setting all on Low with use of 3 gb ram. xD than it will be playable hahaha

  @EA_Kent I have the same problem too. did everything and noticed 2 things:
  1.- I have 16gb of ram. with nothing open my ram is about 2.3 gb usage. after open apex only, I got around 7-8gb but after some matches it reach 12gb of usage. and I don't know why. there's a ghost process that runs with apex legends, but even without that issue, I have the same stuttering problem anyway. (I don't have 100% ram usage, just high but not enought to be a problem.
  2.- I noticed I need the game with doble buffered or triple buffered, if I disable v-sync, the game consume 100% GPU usage I don't know why. but this is not the problem because I play with v-sync activated and I have a good spects to run it with that option.
  
  I did everything on troubleshooting steps and nothing worked. It seems to be a problem on the game or anti cheat system is making performance issues.
  and when I have stutterings, my computer performance it's ok. I mean, everything, temperatures, GPU/CPU/RAM usage it's ok.

  @EA_Kent also, even if I had v-sync activated on game, the game was working as dont have it. now I had to reconfigure it on nvidia panel, the game looks like this most of time. looks like take long on upload textures.
  it's really sad we have nice computers and have to play with low configurations cuz last update
