[April 2nd] Lost account progress

Same thing myself, played this game on launch (barely) on xbox, stopped and recently been playing on PC just over a few months ago and have been grinding out, 150 hours roughly. But its taken my Xbox account as my main, given me that and thrown away my steam account. Apparently 150 hours = level 14 and about 2 items... shameful

Just happened to me aswell…

treated myself to the new event and heirloom a few days ago, all gone…..

I lost all my stuff i received since the first time my cross progression was completed.

Today at approximately 20:00 on 04/02/2024 I logged into Apex Legends via Steam and was shown a message about cross-progression. In it, it seemed to me that my account would reset from account level 423 to 312, so I closed this window. After which I went into the game itself, and now it shows me that I have account level 312 (was 423), my progress for season 20 was completely reset (it was level 106 of the battle pass) and my progress for season 19 was partially reset (it was level 110 the battle pass became 75, the rank Diamond 1 became Diamond 3), the Wraith Voidwalker skin and the Volt skin that came with the Voidwalker also disappeared. Also, the skins that I bought with materials (Superstar, Dynastic Cycle, Freezing Point) were lost. The same information is shown to me when logging into Apex Legends through the EA App.

I had an ea account and linked it to steam and now during cross progression I lost battlepass 28 levels and other things iam mad and need some answeres and my progress back

I have 150 shard before and i havent spent them and theres a cross progrression menu show up and now i lost them all? How to get them back

I was level 20 2 hours ago i just hopped back on and now all my season 20 progress is gone

Loss of progress
I lost tons of apex coins and a red relic on the Wraith!
Help! How is this possible?

My skins, battle pass missions, event rewards, even my heirloom, is all gone. Anything I got after the start of season 20 is gone. All because of cross progression 

I also lost all my battle pass progress ( including all the missions for the legends, skins ) , all my points from the current event, some of my Apex Coins ( it consumed the 950 coins for the premium battle pass but the battle pass is again locked and all progress gone )

I play on PC
