I played this game for around 25 hours and all my progress has been lost(Cars, Levels and etc). I played through Steam, so please help me

To confirm, Progress is saved locally for NFS Heat, if you reinstalled Windows and did not back up your save to something like Onedrive or a USB stick there would not be another method to restore the progress.

The save data for NFS Heat us stored locally, so its possible your save has become corrupted.
No, I did not receive any error messages. All achievements have been saved in my Steam account and I tried to play through this account, but all my records were lost.

It's kinda weird, isn't it? My achievements have been saved in the Steam app, but the progress is not saved in the server cloud and I must save it on an external device.
My progress is lost too. But I have the save file on the document folder albeit it has only 25kb. How can I retrieve it back?
