@jokwax I'm using the exact same headset, that's really weird. I've disabled all chroma apps so that they don't control the lightning but nothing change
Hey @pledgedpluto and @jokwax I know that there have been a couple of issues that some users have seen with 7.1 headsets.
Let's try the following, can you open your APEX Legends config file which should be found at C:\Users\[username]\Saved Games\Respawn\Apex\local\settings.cfg.
Once done can you scroll down till you find "sound_num_speakers." If this says 8 then it is already set for surround sound but if it is showing 2 then it means that you are only getting stereo and need to change it to an 8.
Once you have done this you need to open your windows audio settings by right-clicking on the speaker icon in the system tray and in your settings turn on "7.1 virtual surround sound."
Let me know if that helps.

Hey @EA_Darko. im having a similar issue except i play on xbox. My audio is fine on every other game but on apex its really quiet. I have my volume all on 100 but nothing helps. I can hear in 360 direction but everything is very faint. I have had the game for a ehile now and it was fine until about 2 days ago when i got on it was quiet. Any fixes?

I don’t work for EA.. but I just had this happen to me lol. All I did was a full restart and my volume is back to norm now. Literally turned Xbox on and off and it worked.. hopefully that works

Hey, I was playing on speaker (without head phones) sound was great. And then I connected headphones while game after sometime I disconnected headphones in-game. Suddenly the sound was too low. I tried to connect head phones again it was great. But in speakers it is low

This does not help.
I got 100% Volume in Both Apex and Windows settings.
You can see, in the Windows Volume Settings (attached pic) this is the loudest Apex will get for me. The "fatter" part of the volume toggle is Apex volume.
Other games are fine. It's just Apex.
