Audio too quiet in Apex Legends

Hi, Im really new to this so I don't really know what to say. But my problem is that my in game audio is really quiet, I'm not talking about foot steps or anything in particular, but just in general....

Hi guys,

From yesterday i have some problem with sound on APEX LEGENDS, if somebody is behind/left/rifght i can't hear them or hear any shoots. I don't know why, but after 10 games i still have this problem...and YES its only on APEX, other games, like BF5 works fine. I have seen that many players had this problem but only for 1 or 2 games, and then disepear. Can i get some help???

Hey @huskyeyess I moved your post to this thread. Would you try the steps I posted above to see if they help?

@EA_Darko everytime you change it and start the game it resets to two even though i saved the file

  Hey @muska310 if the settings keep resetting then this may be a permissions issue that you would need to look into fixing.
  
  It could be that the folder does not have read and write permissions.

    Im admin so im not sure why that would be, any ideas?
