Banned for no reason
It’s a new account I created, I only had played for two days, that night I was still playing Apex legends, and the next morning I found out I got banned. It says I violated the users agreement or terms of sale, but I have no idea what I did. So I want to dispute this, I sent email as it tells me to, but after that there is nothing in “my case”. So I don’t know is that case created or not

That will create a case for the ToS team to investigate, and they will reach back out to you via email as soon as that investigation is complete.
