Game stuck at 13270/13270 compiling shaders loading screen

I've already reinstalled the game, updated my graphic drivers, allowed the .exe through firewall, set the .exe to run as admin

Only once could I get inside the firing range and the game ran fine there. I can't even get into the lobby anymore

    I have the same problem... I could join the game 2..3 times but my FPS is on 10 !!!!

    Also the game is too laggy for me...

    Last season i had the same problem but just in normal mode... With dx11 it was ok .. But on this season they remove dx11 and i stuck on this...
