False banned

I have been trying to contact ea support to get my account back because i got false banned the reason i got false banned is because my random teammate spam reported for no reason i pleading with yall to pls unbaned me the account is not mine it is my older brother we have had the account for years from season 1 i can't afford to lose all my hard work because of a teammate that i don't know pls @ ea
