i just realized i lost about 20 BP levels as well as about 10 or so levels. I was at 95 now i'm down to 75 and still have all the unlocked rewards up to 95. I was level 344 prestige 1 a couple of days ago and have been grinding ranked, so I know i'm not still 344.

We are aware some Battle Passes appear to be reset or have missing progress. We're also looking into some reports of other content appearing that wasn't previously owned.

I went into the game today and a window popped up asking me to purchase the entire Battle Pass for 9999 Apex coins. The Battle Pass has been completed for a week now (premium). I decided to take a look, go to the Pass page and see that I am being asked to buy it. I went to Loadout, and there were skins that were not directly for sale and my skins were missing. I decided to check what and how. I purchased a legendary skin on HAVOC, but I couldn’t use it. The materials were written off. Purchased the Tactical Trendsetter bundle, no lstar skin. Instead got a white rarity level mastiff skin. My battlepass is locked, again. Still have the 110 r99 skin and everything but the pass itself shows that it’s locked. Missing stats again as well.

I lost all my battle pass premium items it costs 9999 apex coins to buy again and I can't equip any skins
My account name is Shinobimaru, I utilize Steam to play apex and my Premium pass was removed. I want either the payment refunded or the pass reinstated.
@EA_Mako It seems that some weapon unlocks are now locked.
These are not weapon skins from the battle pass just ordinary skins.
On april 8th I bought some skins with crafting metals, but after the next launch of the game I discovered that those skins that I purchased themselves were replaced by others.
I finished the battle pass up to level 104 and all premium levels are still locked after the supposed fix. There are a number of skins unlocked in my account that I can’t use, but I can still see.
