Thanks again for the patience while this was under investigation.
This should now be resolved, but you may need to restart your game to see the correct content if that's not already showing up.
I logged into the game and it seems as if all my heirlooms were mixed up and it took away heirlooms I own and gave me heirlooms I do not own. It removed my Dead mans curve, Suzaku, problem solver, shock sticks, and Hopes dawn. I still have them equipped when checking each character. It also gave me ones I did not purchase such as Too Much Witt, Cobalt Katar, Razors Edge, Durumi Blade, Death Grip, Gravity Maw, and Bangalore's heirloom is just gone from the shop. I don't know if its a glitch or not after the update today. Fingers crossed in fixing this bug you don't remove all my heirlooms I own.
below are some examples i screenshot. as you can see it says horizon heirloom but has rampart banner and intro, same for fuse which has ash banner and intro.
