Black loading screen & freezing when changing gamemode(rank or arena)

I have tried reinstalling apex and origin, clean bot and stuff...But I'm having the same problem! My computer isn't the problem obviously. ㅜㅜ

The audio sounds weird when i click rank game and the screen  freezes for a few minutes (and the audio sounds like a busted up tv).

I can play after getting kicked out but the process takes so long and it's really frustrating.

Sometimes the game itself doesn't turn off normally when I click exit to background.
