bug with payment on steam version

I wanted to buy Apex coins on Steam, inside the game, I was taken to an overlay where it offered to top up my account with money, which I did successfully, it went to my Steam account, after I clicked buy Apex coins in the game, but nothing happens, it's just empty, the money doesn't go away, but I can't buy coins either
