Buster Sword heirloom

Why is the first time animation of the Buster Sword heirloom, right after first landing so extremly blinding and why are the Buster Sword heirloom animations so extremly loud? Seriously, person with the Buster Sword heirloom has very significant disadvantage right after first landing in the game, because of the circling animation around fullscreen.

Btw I really like additional colors, animations, sounds etc., but this is too much.
