I fixed this! I went into my router's advanced settings and turned on port-triggering (not forwarding). See screens:

I have a tp-link router and found port triggering, but I cant figure out how to get it working together. My wife and I try to play together, but when one of us is logged in the other cant even connect and get to the main menu. Does someone have a tp-link router that has done the port triggering that can help me out.
