@KarambaMax btw i also have avast and i have tried deleting both origin and apex, and redowloading

6 years agoIt seems like Avast is preventing the settings files from being written to correctly so we want to either disable Avast to test and if the issue is resolved, you can "whitelist" Apex in that software to let it know it is a known safe piece of software.
In Avast you should whitelist Apex:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\Apex\r5apex.exe
...using these steps:
- Add it as an exception by going to Settings » General » Exclusions
- Confirm by clicking OK

- 6 years ago@EA_Barry Hey, i've tried what you said made sure to allow both the applicaiton and folder both in windows firewall and in avast, but it still dosen't seem to wanna save my settings.
