Cant get items for Heirloom bundle

TLDR: I tried purchasing packs from the Ash heirloom bundle currently in my store. These heirloom bundles require players to pull 24 items from the heirloom packs before they get the heirloom but this Ash heirloom bundle has 3 mystery box icons instead of a specific skin as part of the 24 item requirement. I opened 3 packs and ive pulled some items that are found in the mystery box but the items arent recorded as the 24 items. So does this mean it's impossible to get the heirloom even if i pull the other 21 items? 

Even if I didn't pull any of the 24 skins displayed in the main event screen, it is clearly said that I'm required to unlock all 24 items to get the heirloom, however there are 3 mystery item slots that don't have a specific skin listed. If I pull a skin that's in the item list for the mystery slots, shouldn't it be counted towards the 24 items since it's not specified what exactly I have to get from the pack? I don't understand how this works, is this some kind of scam from EA? How does it make sense that there are intentional mystery skin options among the 24 conditional items for the heirloom? Is it meant to guarantee that nobody will get the heirloom because it can't be recorded even if we pull items registered in the mystery pack?

If there is a mystery pack slot with no specific skin shown to count as one of the 24 items im required to get then how am i or anyone else supposed to get all 24 items? Do you mean to tell me I have to get every item that's available in the mystery pack before it counts towards the 24 main items? Also why aren't there any rules to specify how the mystery item slot works? If i knew that this was going to be the case i would have spent the coins on other things instead
