Can't log in

Hello,

I haven't played apex in a month and when I lunched it kept asking me to reset password, I rested it couple of times since it won't let me in. I also tried to reset it via web browser, still same problem. Finally I tried linking my EA account with Steam account and I get error as shown in the attachment.

I reset it again at that button you see in the attachment, and again try to link Steam and EA and AGAIN get the same error.

I also tried reinstalling the game which didn't help.

    I fixed this ( it's Bombir btw)... DO you know how I fixed this? I created new EA account inside apex ( on register button ) which said that this account is already connect to "knjo". I had to create new EA account which automatically linked knjo (steam acc) to this newly made account "apexjeraspad". This comapy... i am baffled. Someone in your team did something with DB and messed up stuff. All and all, I didn't lose my account but to have to do this to fix it is ridiculous.

    I see Apex has never been played on the account you're posting with. If that is the account you're resetting the password for, it's possible that is the wrong account. You can contact an advisor for help with tracking down the correct account if that's the case.   • Hi @EA_Aljo ,

    This account I made post with might not be the account I am trying to play again with. I always used steam to play apex and when I try to login in the browser I login using steam, which after logging in I get same error and button to reset password.

    I run apex by clicking play from steam library.

    @Bombir 

    You can log in to your account at profile.ea.com to check your ID. The ID for the account you're posting with is Bombir. If that is the account you're playing Apex on, your Steam account should also be Bombir.

  • I’ve reset the password many times after talking to someone and then saying it was because of a super old account. Made another one with my recent email and it still says the credentials don’t work it’s confusing especially since I’ve talked to someone about it
