cant recieve reactive flatline skin

So I did all of the legends challenges, I'm maxed on the battle pass and I gifted people the stickers and skins. It shows that I have done all 3 things but I don't see the skin in my loadout. Also I can't equip the legendary wraith skin from the event.

    and it should be available after
