Can't Unlink PSN ID from EA Account

My son and I both have Playstation IDs that we use and multiple Playstations in the house. My son accepted the cross progression and it linked both of our Playstation IDs to the one EA account and now we aren't able to play together.

When I go to the EA account to unlink one of them so I can link it to a new EA account, the Unlink option doesn't even show up.

How can I unlink my one Playstation ID so I can link it to a new EA account and play Apex again with my son?
