Cloud Save Corrupted
I've tried contacting support but it's been 4 days and no response. When I open the game it crashes says there's a save error after a couple seconds. The only thing I can't see is the character load...

When you've got a chance can you try clearing out the Origin cache to see if that helps at all? If there's an issue with the cached data causing the error you're seeing that may help.
For more information on how to clear it check out the EA Help website. Let me know if you're still getting the same error message afterward.
