Where did the issue occur? In the lobby (waiting area before the match)
Which part of the map or menu were you in? If you don't remember the exact name, please describe the area or what you were trying to do in the menu. Several places, in the lobby before picking a character, artillery, outside of skulltown
What were you doing when the issue occurred? E.g. respawning a squad mate at a beacon, using an ability, a squad mate left the game. In the character selection before the game even started on 2 different occasions each with their own 96 point penalty and 10 minute ban, and two more during the game during normal gameplay literally just standing around no abilities being used with the same penalties as stated before. Last one was a squadmate getting the same error in the middle of a firefight causing is to lose and with no lose forgivness causing me another 36 points

When did this happen? (dd.mm.yy hh:mm) 04.19.20 this was the two games in a row dcing losimg 96 points each and 36 after my friend dc'd. 27.04.20 dcing twice mid game doing nothing losing 96 points each

What happens when the bug occurs? Forced out of the game with errorcode "wheel" with the rp penalty and time ban
What should be happening instead? Not erroring out and giving me lost forgivness

This is ruining the game for me, ive lost more than 300 points for no good reason. My internet is perfectly fine, and when the game wants to fuction as intended theres no issues and everything run smooth. That is until im randomly hit with (code:wheel) in the middle of a ranked game or in character selection. Each incident followed by a 96 point penalty and a 10 minute ban. For a total of 384 ranked point not including 36 points lost when my bud had the same error causing us to lose the firefight we were in. This game is where i spend most of my free time after coming back from my duties in the navy. Ive been playing since preseason, and only recently have i had time to try to grind to masters/pred. This saddens me deeply and I dont know if i can commit my time to this game anymore with these blaring issues plaguing me and other players
I have had the SAME experience my friend! Me and a Friend run ranked and even if a buddy get disconnected with the error code we still get the minus 96 RP. Yes I get the same 10 minute ban and all! I was 100 RP from Masters, played and lost all the way down to Diamond IV... They refuse to help and I have paid a good amount of money on skins, Coins, and battle pass! I am furious! Not to mention I have live chatted with 2 people, their names were Shivani and Hemant. Shivani said refunding RP was out of her limits so I went to Hemant, Hemant LOGGED into my Apex account and told me he would fix me right up. He asked me to wait, waited about 10 minutes just for him to say “I have consulted my team about refunding your RP but it was denied! FIX THIS!!! My state is currently under lockdown due to Quarantine and I can’t even play the only game I play! FIX IT!!!!
I stupidly tried to play some Apex Ranked today and just can’t progress with this code Shoe/Net....
