Ongoing Connection Issues in Apex Legends – Unplayable for a Month!

Hello,

I have been experiencing severe connection issues in Apex Legends for the past month. The game frequently fails to connect, giving various error codes. I have a 1 Gbps LAN connection and use 1.1.1.1 / 8.8.8.8 DNS servers, yet the issue persists.

Troubleshooting steps I have taken (with no success):

Reinstalled the game.
Changed DNS settings.
Verified my network stability (other online services work flawlessly).

At best, I can play 1 or 2 matches before disconnecting, making the game virtually unplayable. This isn’t an isolated issue; many players are experiencing similar problems.

This is an unacceptable experience for a live-service game. Please acknowledge this issue and provide a real solution.

  • I've gotten something like this twice in the 7 days. I get kicked from game while joining lobby, then when I reconnect I get an error message saying that I can't rejoin, then it wont go back to lobby, and then when I reconnect the third time it says cloud error, on fourth reconnect I got a ten min ban. I've had two 10min bans this week. I have had 0 to date since launch day. WTF. Your system should not be banning people for kicking them from a game pre-match. There's still plenty of time to get back in. This needs to be fixed.
