I am absolutely struggling to get out of platinum because of your server/game issues. I have received a code net/blue screen nearly every single day and have continued to receive matchmaking penalties - I just had 6 kills/6 assists in the top 5 and got kicked. I was just going to rank up last game and this is completely demoralizing. Will you please give me back my RP for the last game I played? I obviously did not quit when I was positive 50+RP.
I have posted this same issue multiple times and you have yet to address the issue or even respond. A few days ago I mass deleted my friends and now have less than 150. I have a 300mb connection and less than 20 ping. Please do something as I love this game but have received no help on your end.
I am having the same
problem with Code Shoe and Code Net and the people I talked to to refund my RP said it was out of their limits! Note I am in Diamond and almost got to Masters but demoted down because of these errors.. They won’t fix it..
