When you mentioned trying the troubleshooting steps, which specific steps have you tried?
I'd definitely suggest checking through these steps to make sure you've given those a try where possible.
If you're still having the same issue after that, it may also help to try this set of steps, in particular please check through the section on changing your DNS as that may help out if you're running into this issue consistently.

I've changed my servers on Apex, hard reset my xbox, reset my wifi router, I changed from a wired connection to unwired. I don't have this problem on any other game

If you had tested a wireless connection without any change, I'd definitely suggest going back to a wired connection if possible, as that's typically going to be a more stable connection.
I'd also still try going through the above steps to change your DNS information to see if that helps out.- 3 years ago

Hello, I changed my dns to.googles. 8.8.8.8, 8.8.4.4, and I've also power cycled my console 2 times. No fix yet 😕, hoping you can reply so we can get this fixed🙂.

I am getting a very similar issue, have tried everything even port forwarding. I keep getting a prediction issue that sadly makes the game unplayable. It causes too much lag and rubber banding. Would love to know how you get this resolved.
