I've changed my servers on Apex, hard reset my xbox, reset my wifi router, I changed from a wired connection to unwired. I don't have this problem on any other game

If you had tested a wireless connection without any change, I'd definitely suggest going back to a wired connection if possible, as that's typically going to be a more stable connection.
I'd also still try going through the above steps to change your DNS information to see if that helps out.

I already changed back to wired, and I'll try changing my dns
So I followed the Google dns settings and changed it. Then I played a duos match on Apex and got code Net around 5-6 minutes in
