It looks like there are some system processes crashing in the diagnostics. When you've got the chance could you try running the Windows System File Checker tool to see if it's able to find any issues? I am curious if that might help with the connection problems. 

You can find more info on how to run the tool at the Microsoft Support website. Once you've had the chance to give it a shot please let me know how it goes. Thanks again. 

Ran the SFC, it said it fixed the corrupted files. However I still cannot get into the game...

Is there anything that can be done on your end?

Code net,leaf, wheel means you're having connectivity issues to EA servers.

Unfortunately, there is nothing you can do to fix the issue on your side. You need to wait for EA to deploy a hotfix on their servers, which would solve the issue. Still, you may restart your computer/console and your router.. it may solve the issue...

According to EA support, code:net happens when your connection to Apex servers expired or when the server stopped responding to your requests. This is a server-side issue, not a client-side one.

Meanwhile it would be in your best interest to check your equipment used to connect to the internet. I've had a various amount of issues back in 2019 and the easiest way that my problem was resolved was to get rid of my ISP's Trash Router, and purchace my own that fit my plan. And i have not had issues since.

Still doesn't explain why it works on the PS4 and not on my PC.. that tells me there's nothing wrong with the router or internet. Either my PC is blocking something or something is up with the servers.
