Community ManagerWould it be possible to try connecting it with a network cable instead? That way we can remove the wifi connection as a factor that might be causing these issues. If you have the option to connect with a network cable please give it a shot and try running a new UOTrace. Once you have the updated results please send them to me again in a direct message.

its not possible to connect via lan. cable the router and modem are in another room but my connection shouldnt be a problem as far as gaming onliegoes i can play any other game perfectly fine

If you're not able to connect with a LAN cable it might be best to reach out to your internet provider to see if they have any advice on how to reduce the ping on that first hop. They might have some suggestions on what you can do with your hardware that could make a difference.
