What happens when the bug occurs? Error Code Snake and now says account is banned. i just switched from Xbox To Pc.
What should be happening instead? account should not be banned. i have been a legit player since i started playing season 1 on ps4 and xbox season 5!

was in the middle of a ranked match when i got error code snake and game crashed. logged back in and tried to play a trios match and it immediately sent me back to main menu and said account banned. this is very confusing and extremely sad.
