Community event packs missing

I did not get the packs from the last community event. I completed the challenges and never got the packs. 

I opened a case with EA help and never heard anything. I went to the case and it says "waiting on player". I click the case and there is nothing I can do but read an article that offers no help.

Is there a way to contact someone?
