Keep getting booted from the server, out if sync error...constant all since update. Then I got another error and got booted from server 3 times. The updates broken something for sure....

I've merged a few recent threads together regarding the disconnections that a lot of people have been seeing. I wanted to let everyone know that we're currently looking into this and working on getting it fixed.

On my side, I am getting a Connection to server Timed out (code pin) since the update of two days ago. I'm on PC. My network is super stable and fast, I'm connected via Ethernet, tried all the options of removing local cache, restarting the Windows audio sub system, everything and no luck whatsoever.
I really hope that this issue is part of the greater issue that is being looked at?
Yes, when I continue to the lobby and go into the game, I am kicked off.

I am still experiencing this issue. I cant load into anything even firing range on any server, any thoughts?

Is there any update as to when this problem is going to be fixed. Ive been having this problem since season 9 and since season 10 has dropped the games become completely unplayable. I cant even sign in anymore

- 4 years ago@EA_Kent Thanks. Game is unplayable on my end, too. Was able to connect to a server about 1/10 tries before it gave out entirely. In the lobby, character animations are frozen, and most item previews in the LT shop are missing or buggy.
Was able to spend about five minutes in the shooting range before being disconnected entirely, and now can't connect to any EA server.- 4 years ago
Still problems in the loading screen for hero selection....connection timout code leaf, cloud, net...sometimes it works fine and if the complete round is stable...but many many timeouts...cannot play for long periods of time...the battle pass is unusable if you cannot play to achieve goals...if you cannot play a game you will loose your player base. I already setup all the port forwarding etc- but no effect - honestly - i did not expect any change, as this seems to be server or ISP side caused...

- 4 years ago@EA_Kent The issue still hasn't been sorted.. every game is crazy laggy at the start and feels like I'm moon walking; and 3/4 games it disconnects me multiple times on the loading screen for no reason and I get a penalty for leaving the game when its not even my fault.. with this problem are we going to be given back the points lost of this issue?

The problem still exists... also when changing the region im playing in every second game I get a code error. Also losing RP for every game I get kicked out...

On topic, today at around 9:00CET it was still vary laggy.
On top of that, I see 130 ppl in the arena ranked. Tried to play 3 matches but playing one with full teams it was only able to match 2vs3 (my team was 2).
Can I leave the match without penalty or am I forced to play the whole match??? - 4 years ago@EA_Kent Do you guys not test your software before release????? What a total joke... every update = more crap and crashes for players.... you don't deserve player loyalty tbh. Everyone need to stop spending any more money on this game.. I have because I've lost all confidence in and EA/RSPWN

Great to hear they are investigating and working on the issue after a couple of days...today i was more or less not able to play - always timeouts with leaf, cloud, signon and full errors. Perhaps it helps to identify the problem that when apex is started, the internet speed tests drop from 250mbit to 6-25mbit download and upload is not possible to gather info on...after apex is closed the speed raises to 250mbit and 25mbit upload...seems to be a major issue with connections, timeouts etc. blocking the complete computer...did you also try a speedtest when running apex and have similar results?
