try to use another internet connection. or try to format the laptop,

the system of windows is sucks sometimes, I don't blame ppl who hate windows,

@NAGAAATO Can't afford to format the laptop since i have so many things stored here and some of them are hard to be backed up. And trust me I've switched at least 3 different internet connections but all to no avail
