Can not hear friends in cross plat chat lobby.
I am trying to play with a friend who is on ps4 i am on xbox. but i can not hear him in the lobby. it shows his mic, that he is speaking, but i can not hear him and he can not hear me.

When I am in a lobby with my crossplatform friend we can't hear each using open mic other until we load a game.we can't even use text chat

What happens when the bug occurs? Following the 15 March 2021 update mic no longer work in the lobby. There is no audio icon as you speak and no sound. My teammate was not muted and I also right clicked on them to check if they were muted (I even muted then unmuted them again just to be sure). The mic audio works again once we start a game and get to the legend selection screen. Text chat in the lobby also no longer appears to work.
What should be happening instead? Mic audio chat and text chat should work in the the lobby
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Enter the lobby with a pre-made squad and try talking to each other on mics. Enter the lobby and try typing text into chat.
I was on PC and my teammate as on PlayStation - not sure if that makes a difference.

What happens when the bug occurs? One of our squad members plays on his PC, two others play from PS4. I have no voice in voice chat while searching for a game. So are my squad members. While in game voice chat works fine until we return to lobby

Yes it’s not working for all of other players when we’re in the lobby we can’t talk each other.

I’m a PC player and lobby voice chat doesn’t work since the Chaos theory event update.
I am on PS4 and have 2 friends on Xbox when I recently played with them we could not chat in the lobby we all had mics and could hear each other in game but in between each match we could not chat.
