Cross progression chose the wrong account
Hello, I have been led here because I have just recently as of today decided to get back into APEX Legends after a long hiatus. I noticed that cross progression is here and it's awesome! I love that this has been added and that players can use their skins and legends on every platform free to express themselves without restraint. But I fear that the system chose to use my PC account instead of my PS4 account progression which is confusing to me. I played APEX a lot more on my PS4 and even unlocked heirlooms and rare skins on the PS4. But my PC account was used as primary and I would like at least my Wraith heirloom because when I received that heirloom before the shards were introduced, it came to me at a low point of my life and it sparked me to be better than I was and kick started a point in my life where I drove to be better than I was at everything I did in life, not just APEX Legends. and now I do not have access to that meaningful item to me on any platform. I feel I have been robbed of not only my money, but also that special connection I had with the game that kept me coming back. please help me if you can.

To confirm was the PSN account ever linked to a separate EA account? If so, please note that progress/items are stored at the EA account level and not the Platforma account level.
To attempt to restore your progress and items you would need to link the PSN back to its original EA account.
