Second time asking for help with my apex account.

So recently I opened apex legends and was logged out so I brushed it off as a glitch but when I logged in it didn't work so I got on my nintnedo switch it was also logged out and logging in didn't work so I went on my brother's acc and checked his friends list my account wasn't even there my account has seemed to be erased its gone I never deleted my account and I don't think my account would get deleted without atleast sending me an email I lost so many things even my first ever heirloom I went to eas community forums to talk about but they where no help I just want my old apex account back people leave every game I play because I had to make a new account and it's low level can anyone please actuly help me out instead of telling me to make sure if I used the right email because I used every email I have and it kept sending me to a creat an EA account screen someone please help the user name was mrisvital I have proof of me having an account with an heirloom on my reddit-(has the same username)  because I posted about getting it heirloom shards before.
