cross progression
i just cant get this to work and support is a nightmare. ive tried opening live chats in diffrent browsers with no security on them and it still wont work so ive come here
my issue is ive had my psn and pc linked for over a year but still ive never receved a popup for cross progression ive tried relinking the accounts. close to giving up as there isnt any videos on the topic on how to fix it.

All EA accounts have cross progression active at this point, so there wouldn't be any separate pop-ups.
Please keep in mind that progress is stored on the EA account level, not on individual platforms like PlayStation, Xbox, Steam, etc. This means if you link your platform to a different EA account, you'll lose access to that progress.
It looks like your PSN account was likely linked to a different EA account before this one, so if you played on PlayStation in the past that progress would have been on a previous EA account as well. It's not possible to merge or transfer progress between separate EA accounts unfortunately.
