When the servers went down I was d2 I wasn’t worried as much so I took a nap I just woke up checked servers are up and im in rookie like what ???? Ea fix this

This happened today to me too. Logged back in after a couple days off, was gold 2 and am now rooky 4 with 0 rp.
Same bro I was pred and I got reseted to rookie 4
I'm in the same boat. I kept having an error message that said "unable to connect to EA servers". I reinstalled my game and was able to load in, but my rank was reset to Rookie 4.
I cant play with friends because we were all gold. Now im rookie 4 and would have to solo que to get back up. Please fix this EA.
Yeah same thing happened to me, i was gold 2 now im all the way back at rookie 4, Please fix this, i want to play with my buddies!
