Re: What to do if your Apex Legends account got banned or suspended

I am writing to formally appeal the recent ban on my Apex Legends account. I received a notification that my account was banned due toa violation of terms of service, but I firmly believe this is a mistake.

I have never used any cheats, hacks, unauthorized third-party software, or engaged in any behavior that violates the Terms of Service. I have always played the game fairly and take great pride in my account.

I would appreciate it if you could conduct a thorough investigation into my account activity. If there is any specific information you need from my side to help resolve this issue, please let me know. I am happy to cooperate fully to restore access to my account.

Thanks for reaching out. However, I'm afraid we're unable to support appeals for account actions here on the forums. If you feel that an action was placed on your account incorrectly, please follow these steps to create an appeal so our Terms of Service team can take another look. They'll have the right tools and records to review this for you.

On that note, do feel free to include any evidence you have that supports your innocence within your appeal, and keep an eye on your case history page once that appeal is created. The ToS team will connect with you via email once that review is complete. Thanks!
