Downloading Data Center 408

There is no problem with using the Internet in Origin or anything else.
Only Apex Legend can't connect to the Internet.
If you run Apex Legend, it says that the data center is downloading, and if you keep waiting, it says 408.
Nothing has changed since, nor does it connect.
