Thank you for the update. I have selected to prefer maximum performance under power management, would that do the trick?
Was it already set to prefer maximum performance, or did you just now update it to that setting?

Just a little update, with these setting, I encountered the error DXGI_ERROR_DEVICE_REMOVED moments after I joined the first game.
So these can't be it.

Thanks for following up!
Would it be possible to try rolling back to an earlier driver to see if that makes any difference at all? These errors should have been fixed with a new driver earlier this year, but I'm wondering if it's started happening again on more recent drivers.
Let me know if installing a previous driver has any impact.

The weird thing is that these errors were occurring on RTX cards before and are now happening on GTX cards. I’m temporarily reduced to a gaming laptop with “only” a GTX1060 and getting these errors. OP has a 1660Ti, neither of which are RTX cards. I’m running the latest nvidia drivers.
