Would it be possible to try rolling back to an earlier driver to see if that makes any difference at all? These errors should have been fixed with a new driver earlier this year, but I'm wondering if it's started happening again on more recent drivers.
Let me know if installing a previous driver has any impact.

Fixing to the earlier version of the driver won't help because these errors were more frequent on the older version.
I have tried multiple version with little luck so I decided to stick with the latest version.

I uninstalled my drivers with DDU and reinstalled the older february drivers which were supposed to fix DXGI errors. I was still getting really bad input lag, the game felt like slow motion to me. Changing Vsync to 1/2 adaptive fixed most of the input lag issues, but now I'm getting Createtexture2d Failed crashes. I honestly have never experienced such a bad running game ever.
