DXGI_Error info gathering

Hi all, as we look into issues folks are having with the game, we'd like to gather some specific information. Many folks have some great troubleshooting steps over on this thread, but unfortunate...

1: 2560x1440 165hz GSYNC (Vsync off in game, Forced vsync on in Nvid ctrl panel, monitor tech GSYNC, Full Screen on in game)

2. TSAA

3. No - verified that GeForce Experience tuning is off for everything (always) and nvidia control panel for the app is all default.

Tried -high launch option, didn't work. Tried lowering settings to bare minimums, didn't work. 417.71 driver does pretty good but still crashes, just not as frequently. Crashing every match today on newest drivers. I wonder if it's a visual or audio queue, like smoke as others have said. Fullscreen, bordered, or borderless window all crash. Vsync off or on crashes, gsync on or off crashes.

I always crash with the common error everyone is getting, I've not crashed and had zero error message before. The game hasn't ever hung frozen either. Always crashes to the DXGI_Error.
