3 years agoHi @PirataLeoparda Can you try running through the following?
- EA App's Cache (Top Left Menu > Help > App Recovery)
- Repair Games (Go to My Collection > Select the tile Dots > Repair)
- Check for other applications that may be limiting EA App or Game performance
- 3 years ago@EA_Illium i cleared the cash as it was syggested in the game menu 2 different ways. stoped update - restarted - re downloaded. nothng happen. its still in a dead loop
- 3 years ago@EA_Illium i cant repair the game - its in updating process. if stope it - it only alowe me to update first - cant repair
- 3 years ago@EA_Illium mate its downloaded whole update no problems 4 gb - but it cant finalize the instalation
- 3 years ago@EA_Illium after killing the app in task manager - and restarting the app - it shows the error - it says -" cannot launch the game - for the reason on the our side. try later."

EA Background Service - shows 100 mb disc activity while rest kind of doing nothng - so 6 hour loop. nothng helps

- 3 years ago@De3zal yeah - nothing help - its like a about a 12 hours - while a was sleeping its still roling in the loop of instalation . and disc usage is insane

@PirataLeoparda I wanted to confirm if this is still happening, we had a similar report that has been resolved. If it's still getting stuck on update use the App Recovery option once more and check.

Why? All this? U should be fired.. 25 years ago we would be protected peopled privasy.. u ll be in jail
