EA Staff (Retired)Hi @PirataLeoparda Can you try running through the following?
- EA App's Cache (Top Left Menu > Help > App Recovery)
- Repair Games (Go to My Collection > Select the tile Dots > Repair)
- Check for other applications that may be limiting EA App or Game performance
none of this is working
- @De3zal yeah - nothing help - its like a about a 12 hours - while a was sleeping its still roling in the loop of instalation . and disc usage is insane
- EA_Illium@PirataLeoparda I wanted to confirm if this is still happening, we had a similar report that has been resolved. If it's still getting stuck on update use the App Recovery option once more and check.
- @EA_Illium yes - this was very long action by EA app - it took 10 hours on my pc but after that i woke up and game was ready to play- but whole this taime it didnt show a progress and the disc usage was 100%.
