EA Help "Fixed" case status regarding false flag ban?

What does the green "fixed" bubble mean next to my support ticket that I made when I got falsely banned? Tried to que up for Apex: Legends and it still tells me that I'm banned even after the "Fixed" status on my case.

I click on the case and it gives no information about it or what has been done or what will happen.

Is this case still ongoing and I just have to wait for a response or what does that mean?

  • @Gheetahez I would recommend checking your email on the account for any possible updates. If you have not gotten anything you would want to speak to an advisor to see if there is additional information they can provide. 

    • EA Help website - Phone/Chat/Email - Availability may vary but phone or live chat would be faster than email.   
    • Twitter - Select the message icon to get assistance   
    • Facebook - You can select the 'send message' option on the accounts home page
