Easy Anti Cheat - Invalid Game Executable Error when launching

As you are playing via Steam, try Verifying the game files using this info:

I tried to launch the game Apex Legends but it didn't work because the game thinks it is already running even though It has not. This bug has happened to me for a few days and ever since I could not play Apex Legends because of this bug. I have tried multiple ways to fix this including fixing easy anti-cheat, restarting the PC, changing Wi-Fi, ending tasks in the task manager, logging out of EA, etc. However, to this day I am still unable to play the game.

i tried to clear the cache,it did not help
