easy anti cheat : not running

hi help me with this stupid anti cheat not runing error ( after last small update )
game keep stoping me for reason anti cheat is not running or stoped working
things i did so far
1- repair game file 3 time ( MAKE IT 4 )
2- update drivers
3- fully update windows
4- manually remove/install/repair easy anti cheat
5- update easy anti cheat from its site
6- try off and on with firewall and ....
7- run as admin steam + game + easy anti cheat

ONLY WAY THAT I CAN PLAY LIKE 5 GAME IS TO REMOVE EVERY FILE NAMED EASY ANTI CHEAT FROM MY PC / REPAIR GAME AND DOWNLOAD 4.5 MB AFTER 5 GAME THE PROBLEM COME AGAIN

can not redownload the game cuz dont have the gb to download ( internet is exp and cut of in iran )
