Same problem. They keep on saying that I have been cheating, which is false and my account has been permanently banned.
It is really incredible as I am newbie (this is how it appears in may EA account) and managed to play for about 2 days before I was banned. I suspect that it could have been because I have been playing from 2 different countries (but Steam Deck is a portable console...).
The fact that they closed the ticket saying that I am parmanently banned and remind me again that I was cheating is really offensive.
